7月22日,我们迎来大暑道魔传 ,它是农历二十四节气中第12个节气。这时在我国大部分地区都处在一年中最热的阶段。

大暑,按福建莆田习俗家家户户都要吃荔枝,叫做“过大暑”。荔枝含有葡萄糖和多种维生素宝日龙梅,富有营养价值。人们通常先将鲜荔枝浸于冷井水之中,大暑到来便取出品尝混沌龙形 。据说大暑这天吃荔枝,营养价值和吃人参一样高。

6Drinking mutton soup

There is a custom in southern Shandong province where people drink mutton soup on the day of Major Heat. Many people go to local restaurants to drink mutton soup, which is called "summer mutton soup."
7Eating grass jelly

Grass jelly, "Xiancaodong" in Chinese, is made with a special grass whose stems and leaves can be made into herb jelly after being dried in the sun.
With the amazing ability to quell the summer heat, grass jelly is described in a popular saying in Guangdong province that goes, "eating herb jelly in Major Heat will make you stay young like the immortals."
